OUT WITH THE NEW takes a piece of its own era, repurposing it for its own rhythmic gain.
This track was a simple case of hearing a relatively recent track ("Look On The Floor" having been released in 2005), and recognizing potential in the sounds offered by it. Cut up into clips, vocal sounds can offer a completely different feeling, especially when treated as part of an instrumental element.
A select piece of the original track was recreated to serve as a stronger lead, without necessarily introducing a new element — It is merely a detail brought out to the front stage, providing the impression that you've never heard it before, despite its familiar feel.
